The Beast update

Thank you for all your concern. The Beast is now back into place. It appears that he warped the old tree stand with the fall. So, we concluded that it was time for a new, super industrial sized one that was meant to hold beastly trees. It is SO VERY sturdy now. And, it has less of the redneck ambiance that the fishing line would have created.

We debated over taking off the remaining lights and ornaments and starting over - since everything had either fallen off or way out of place. But, that just seemed like WAY TOO MUCH WORK. With a little tweaking, it looks almost normal now. :)

Oh, and my son has been a little hesitant near the Beast. For now, anyway.
