I'm going very simple this week, due to this week's hectic schedule. Plus, I want to start the holiday treats.
Monday: Pasta Carbonara & Italian Salad
Tuesday: Barbecue Pork Chops, mac & cheese, creamed corn
Wednesday: Breakfast for dinner - french toast & sausage or eggs, toast, grits & sausage
Thursday: Pizza Night (aka Daddy cooks night)
Friday: Burgers with homemade sweet potato fries (carry over from last week).
Saturday: our church's Christmas Party. Dinner will probably be finger foods and sweets. Since I'll be busy coordinating most of the event. :)
Sunday: Leftovers or sandwiches
I'm also starting to make the holiday treats this week to take to the church Christmas party and for our open house next week:
Old fashioned fudge w/ walnuts
Peanut Butter Fudge
White Chocolate dipped pretzel rods w/ sprinkles (kids LOVE this)
Party Mix
more baking next week... still deciding on specifics
