So, I've been doing this & I've noticed a big savings in my grocery bill - and my sanity. Which, is always a good thing! On Sunday afternoons, I clip coupons and set the week's meal plan. Then, I grocery shop (while Jack naps - let's hear it for shopping without toddlers in tow!).
My Week's Meal Plan
Monday – Mexican chicken & dumplings, baked corn dip (leftover from Sunday), steamed broccoli
Tuesday – Chicken Carbonara, garlic bread & salad
Wednesday – Crock Pot garlic turkey, mashed potatoes, gravy, green beans
Thursday – Pizza Night (my one work day)
Friday – Steak Fajitas, yellow rice
Saturday – leftovers or out with friends

I love having my meal plan.It saves me so muchheadache trying to find out what to make for dinner.I want to try once a month cooking but have yet to get that list even halfway finished! Great menu for the week!
