Monday: Mommy Chef's Dorito Chicken, steamed veggies - never got to this last week, but I've been looking forward to it!
Tuesday: Beef Enchiladas (made with homemade enchilada sauce from Cooks Recipes- SO much better than the can!), yellow rice, fruit
Wednesday: Leftover Buffet
Thursday: Pizza Night (per hubby's request, we are ORDERING out instead of frozen this time)
Friday: Grilled burgers with sweet potato fries (we got a crate full of sweet potatoes from uncle Charlie's farm)
Saturday: Out with friends or grilled steaks (got great deal at grocery store!) with baked potatoes, salad
Sunday: leftovers or sandwiches
